Estimates are not binding
The price ranges and calculator results on this site are typical ranges for planning, not quotes or offers. A binding price only comes from a written estimate or contract after an in-person inspection, and your actual price depends on what we find.
Requests and repair work
Sending a request doesn't create a contract, and we may not be able to take every job or serve every address. Work on your home is governed by your separate written contract, including any warranty terms in it. If that contract and these terms disagree, the contract wins.
Consent to communications
When you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Foundation Repair and its service partners may contact you about your project at the number you provided, including by autodialed calls, prerecorded messages or texts.
