Privacy policy

Last updated November 2, 2026

This policy explains how Foundation Repair LLC ("we," "us") handles your information when you use this site or ask us for an inspection.

What we collect

When you fill out our form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code and details about your home and what you're seeing. We also record the page you were on, how you found us (including ad tracking parameters) and the time of your request.

Like most websites, ours collects basic technical data automatically. That includes your browser type, device, IP address and how you use the site. We use cookies and similar tools for analytics and, on some guide pages, for advertising through Google AdSense. Our cookie policy lists them.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, schedule your inspection, prepare your estimate and do the work you ask for. We also use it to improve our website, keep it secure, meet legal duties and measure which pages and ads are working.

Who we share it with

We share your information with service partners when that's needed to answer your request, including crews, contractors and companies that help us run scheduling, calls, email and our website. We also use analytics and advertising providers such as Google. We may share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Advertising and Google

Some guide pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Here's how that works:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You can also opt out of some other vendors' cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

Google explains how it uses data from sites that show its ads in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Google is the only ad network on this site today. If we add another, we'll name it here with a link to its opt-out. Our advertising disclosure explains where ads appear.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on our form, we and our service partners may contact you about your project at the number you gave us, including by autodialed calls, prerecorded messages or texts. Consent isn't required to get service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Our SMS and call terms have the details.

Cookies and advertising choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Visitors may see a consent banner that lets them choose whether we use these tools, and you can change your choice at any time on our privacy choices page. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to ask us to delete or correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of it, to limit certain uses of sensitive information and to not be treated differently for using these rights. An authorized agent can make a request for you. We may need to verify who you are first.

In the past 12 months, we've collected these categories of personal information, from you, your device and the providers listed:

We don't sell your information for money. Advertising cookies can count as "sharing" under California law, so you can turn them off on the privacy choices page above. We don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Other U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of some other states, including Texas, Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut, may have similar rights to access, correct, delete or get a copy of their data and to opt out of targeted advertising. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we'll answer within the time your state's law allows.

Visitors outside the United States

We only work on homes in the United States, and we store information there. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we use analytics and ad cookies only on the basis of your consent, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data or object to how we use it.

How we protect and keep your data

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no system is perfectly secure. We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and business obligations, such as keeping job records and any warranty paperwork, and then delete or de-identify it.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
